Paul McCartney - Long Haired Lady (Ram)

Well, well, well, well, well,
do you love me like you know you ought to do?
Well, well, well, well, well,
or is this the only thing you want me for?
Well, I've been meaning to talk to you about it for sometime,
Sweet little lass, you are my long haired lady.
Who's the lady that makes that brief occasional laughter?
She's the lady we wears those flashing eyes.
Who'll be taking her ome when all the dancing is over?
I'm the lucky man she will hypnotize.

Long haired lady. Long haired lady.

Ah, love is long, love is long, love is long.
Ah, when you're wrong, love is long, love is long.

Well, well, well, well, well,
do you love me like you know you ought to do?
Well, well, well, well, well,
or is this the only thing you want me for?
Well, I've been meaning to talk to you about it for sometime,
Sweet little lass, you are my long haired lady.

Bells are buzzing about my sweet delectable baby,
Birds are humming about their big surprise.
Who's your favorite person, dear phenomenal lady?
I belong to the girl with flashing eye.

Long haired lady. Long haired lady.

Ah, sing your song, love is long, love is long.
Ah, love is long, love is long, love is long.

I did not know that. Well, I do not like silly love song, but I love this one by Paul. It ir really a nice and NOT silly love song. I think paul music is great, however John's music is not less. Different styles yes. Paul more for the people (popular), Johns more personal and deep. I love The Beatles music.

Elvis invited the Beatles to his home and even covered their songs. John also loved Elvis and covered many of the same songs. John said that the Beatles were to the 60s what Elvis was to the 50s.

Good for Valentine's Day.! My father used to have this in cassette tape I believe. I had an immediate liking for this song the first time I heard it and I still enjoy hearing and watching it every time I play this here. I agree, this song has a very good bass line. =)

Actually, Sir....Here's the Deal. Before Paul, John couldn't even play chords. Paul sat for hours with John until he learned them. Paul was as much an inspiration as Elvis. And anyways, the deal was, It was Buddly Holly and The Cricketes. Elvis despised the Beatles. Anyways, just because they did some Elvis-Esque songs, dosn't mean he was an inspiration. Buddy Holly was more so. Paul didn't make an 'Elvis Day.' She made a 'Buddy Holly Day' and I'm not British. Learn your Beatles.

Another fabulous, clever Wings song. They're really under-rated and underestimated at times. I love Paul and the bit where he jumps to hit the ceiling lol x x x
